1. Pig Roast – Hullett. Only 20 signed up so far. Announcements sent to all slip owners. We provide beer, soda, cups.
2. Columbus Day – Boulding (by phone). Oct. 6–7. Need committee/chase boats, Savino is arranged. D. Chinburg will ask Susan Widick to provide chase boat. Onofrio will call Harris, Westcott. We can recruit power boaters at pig roast. Edwards – can use same course for dinghies. Onofrio and Hullett will visit Cherry Creek to recruit dinghies. Hullett – Need new social director for this and subsequent events. Onofrio will organize this event. Need to arrange food, beer, chili cookoff. October board meeting will be early on 9/24 to make final arrangements. We must ask Dan to provide donuts/coffee Sat. morning, access to restaurant Sat. 5–8 p.m., warm up chili. We provide 170 hot dogs, pony keg, chips, salsa, 15 2–liter bottles soda, plates/cups, etc. What is room charge? We must provide person to handle registration on Friday night.
3. Wed. night picnic. We need at least 60 burgers.
